There are at least 3 of us riding TY175s as well as a Suzuki and Honda in the Wyoming club and you would be welcome should you care to make the long drive. We ride with the modern bikes and sections but compete in our own class. Our events are 2 day affairs with free camping. I'm sure any club would welcome you to compete again modern bikes if they don't have a vintage Class, just pick the appropriate class to ride. There is also one event in Montana near Butte that usually has a vintage class that rides Amateur line.

Good videos there.

Here's a short one, not specifically trials related but a good message. :)

That was interesting and a bit of enduro bike trials at the end, thanks.

This is Turkey Rock near Howard Colorado. Page 1 has some big guys on TY80s. Look around on site to find more photos at different venues.

Here are a couple in the states, one Wyoming and one Utah, something to look at anyway.

As a 70 year old rider I can vouch for it  getting into your blood. I ride a 1976 TY 175 Yamaha which I paid $600 for and put about $200 into it.

I have found that the descriptions and photos of the trails that I am familiar with in South Dakota Black Hills, Wyoming and Arizona to be accurate though I question the "camping permitted" at Poison Spider Casper WY.

Not being a member I have little idea of the issues you folks face but in the interest of supporting the sport I offer this link to our by laws at WMTA for anything that may be of help.

This trailer (the red one) is used by Shad Peterson of "Play With Gravity". There might be some ideas here that you can use in your design. You can search Play With Gravity for more photos and I'm sure Shad would be willing to share some of his ideas should you contact him.
